I’ve been researching dental implants for over 10 months. Spoke and met with many, with total disappointment with “surprise” additional charges! I have to say that Dr Ellis and his staff are true professionals. From my initial phone call with Ms.Taylor to discussing the procedure, the no nonsense all inclusive pricing, and the process details with Dr Ellis, I experienced their dedication and attention to my concerns first hand. Can’t wait to get my new smile in a few weeks. 👍 10/27 UPDATEi I had my procedure done today! All teeth (upper) removed and had 5 implants and temp dentures installed while the gums heal! I had serious issues about going under and especially the “after pain” during the recovery process (I had read horror stories). This was the easiest and less painful dental experience ever. The staff was there with me throughout the procedure! After, had some minor swelling and discomfort for about an hour and a half. Picked up their prescription painkillers at CVS and to my surprise, No pain after that, I mean zero pain at all? I was waiting for the brutal pain to hit, and nothing. All my pain concerns were for nothing. These folks deserve 10 stars 👍👍 More

I’ve had many dental experiences but this place was the best! The entire staff was excellent and caring especially Dr Michael Ellis. He made me feel calm and welcomed. Best dentist ever! The entire office comforted me after my procedure and it just felt like home. More

I 100% recommend here! I have had the worst experience with dentist and procedures in the past and Dr. Ellis changed all of that for me. I was referred to his office on 7/25/2023 and they got me in two hours later. He talked me through all of my options on my broken molar and helped me decide what made me more comfortable. I had surgery that day and he gave myself and my husband his personal number to call if I needed anything at anytime. I had to call him at 9pm and he answered and told me to come in first thing in the morning to get my comfort back. He even sat on the floor and played and hung out with my 2 year old son! I will forever be a patient here! More

I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was feeling a bit anxious about the procedure and recovery. But I could not have asked for a better experience! Dr. Carmichael, Leo, Roberto and Alexis were amazing. They walked me through the whole process before doing anything. I had little to no swelling and absolutely no pain afterwards. Glad I don’t have to get them out again, but if I did, I would 100% be going back here! More

The friendly staff and clean dental facility are the first thing you’ll notice when you walk in. Roberto, Alexis, and Leo are a couple of the crew that helps run the operation smoothly, under Dr. Carmichael. The experience you receive from start to finish is phenomenal, which makes coming back a breeze at this location. Dr Carmichael is a great orthodontist who listens and takes his time with his patients, while also producing outstanding results. I highly recommend anyone to come and get any dental work done here More

Pure oral surgery was great. Leo, Roberto and Dr Carmichael make you feel so comfortable. I have very bad anxiety about the dentist and needles. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Leo made me feel so comfortable and at ease (I was very nervous to have to be put under) and completely safe! Dr. Carmichael was also very kind and understanding when I came back the next day for a follow up because I convinced myself I messed something up lol. I had a great experience here. Was super nervous about the procedure and Roberto did a excellent job at calming me down. Dr. Carmichael was super nice and didn't rush when I was asking alot of questions. I had one wisdom tooth removed and barely had any pain after. They are on the pricey side but definitely worth it. This has to be the easiest and smoothest dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Carmichael was great. He listened to my needs and did exactly what I needed. I got 2 wisdom teeth removed and a molar removed. All in all after paperwork the procedure took no longer than 45 minutes and I felt 0 pain with the IV sedation! I highly recommend this location for dental work and I will be coming back if ever needed. My only complaint is that it is on the pricier side but well worth the work. It has now been 12 hours since my procedure and no signs of swelling and very minimal pain as expected. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The front receptionist was amazing as well, helped out with payment options and made everything a breeze! Like I said this location was great and Dr. Carmichael did an amazing job! More

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Carmichael and all of his team. Provided great detail of the whole process and what to expect afterwards. When it came to billing I received information via text with an estimated cost of the visit. The front desk receptionist I didn't catch her name but she's very detail oriented and ensured I had all my paperwork. More

Update on my recovery from surgery. Had my upper teeth removed and implants installed on 10/27. Today is 11/09 about two weeks later and all is well. Today I was eating steak at Tx Roadhouse (in small bite size pieces). This has been a life changing event for me.I hesitated out of fear and cost for so many years. And now I can smile confidently thanks to Dr Ellis and his wonderful staff. Why did I choose Dr Ellis? After meeting with many other facilities, Dr Ellis was the only one to breakdown everything, simple, clear and concise. No surprises and with no “other” down the road charges. And, Dr Ellis’s credentials are beyond impressive. His vast experience gave me the assurance that I would be in the right hands. And, all my doubts, hesitations, fears, pain and discomfort were all unnecessarily self imposed. I’ve had more pain hitting my shin on the boat trailer than with this procedure. Can’t wait to have my permanent teeth installed in February. If you are thinking about doing this, You would be amiss by not consulting with Dr. Ellis. Absolutely 5 Stars! More

Highly recommended! Even with my anxiety at an all time high, Dr. Ryan Carmichael and his assistant were able to reassure me that I would be okay despite him being the 4th dentist for the same tooth! They were correct! Procedure was amazing. We discussed everything, he explained the procedure, and made me feel very comfortable with an otherwise nerve-wracking experience. I am grateful for his care, calmness and vast knowledge. I wish all dental work could be so simple. They gave me an IV and told me I would take a nap. I woke up in no pain. (Have minimal now) They were very kind to me extremely patient and extra understanding! I was worked into the schedule, due to a difficult root canal truning into an emergency tooth extraction. More

This has been the best dental experience I’ve had. Dr. Carmichael and his staff were kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My procedure took less than 45 minutes and I experienced absolutely no pain, swelling or discomfort. The office is immaculate and the customer service I received was top notch! They worked with my insurance quickly and thoroughly. So much so it ended up costing me less out of pocket because they re-ran my insurance and with the new year, my coverage was better. The procedure went very smoothly. And then, at around 6PM that same night, Dr. Ellis called me at home to make sure I was feeling well (enough) and to see if I needed something stronger for pain. I didn’t but I was glad he asked. Great stuff. More

Let's start off by saying I'm 23 years old haven't been to the dentist and 12 years needed quite a bit of work done.. when I came to this location a week ago I was very nervous and scared not knowing what's to come and afraid of the judgment of my teeth condition, but on my first visit was very surprised on how welcoming and nice front woman were Kelly and Jessica made me feel very welcomed. I was called to the back to meet Doctor Barrett and ms Gracie both amazing women getting right to work while making you feel right at home but also being like a mother and telling you what you need to do lol.. on my second visit I came in to get a root canal and three fillings I was there for 3 hours because it was very busy, it didn't feel like it though I was being talked to Non-Stop and they engage very well into their customers long story short they fixed my three front teeth cavities so now I can smile without feeling judged in a root canal that was needed I feel amazing and I love this location will never go to any other one.... Had my first dentist visit for the first time in about 4 years. My gums are so sensitive and bleed easily needless to say i was long over due. The girls in the office are wonderful! Tiffany the office manager is very attentive and kind. Shetarra (hope i spelt that right😬) did my xrays, whitening molds and my dental images! She is so relaxed and easy to talk to made me very comfortable. Go see these ladies! The doctor herself was great, as sensitive as my gums are it was easy to get through she has a good hand. More

I literally live two blocks from the mesquite location, so normally I would go there. However, I wasn’t aware of Dr.Jackson left that location to go to the Rowlett location. The first time I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and never once did I ever felt like I was being judged because of the many cavities that I had. Her bedside manner was amazing and I never forgot that.
